This PhD scholarship at the University of Sheffield is designed for students interested in the fields of Chemical, Materials, and Biological Engineering. The project aims to develop innovative low-carbon cement wasteforms for the environmentally safe disposal of radioactive waste. The scholarship is open to all nationals and provides full funding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have at least an upper second-class honours degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, bioscience, or a related technical field.
• Non-native English speakers must provide proof of language proficiency, minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
• Open to UK, EU, and exempt ATAS clearance applicants.
