International UG Merit Scholarship at the University of East Anglia 2026

The International UG Merit Scholarship is designed for high-achieving international students aiming to undertake undergraduate studies at the University of East Anglia. It offers a significant tuition fee reduction annually, enhancing affordability for selected degree programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be international students who are self-funded and not fully sponsored by external organizations. Eligibility extends to those holding an offer for an eligible full-time undergraduate program commencing in September 2025.

Scholarship Benefits

The scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction ranging from GBP 4,000 to GBP 5,000 per year, depending on the academic merit of the applicant. This financial support is aimed at easing the burden of tuition costs throughout the duration of the undergraduate degree.

Application Details

No separate application is required for this scholarship. Eligible students will be considered automatically upon receiving an offer for an approved program. The deadline to apply for the program and be considered for the scholarship is 28 February 2026.

Important Notes

It is important to note that certain programs are excluded from this scholarship, including MBBS Medicine, BSc Physiotherapy, BSc Occupational Therapy, and specific final-year entry courses such as BSc Accounting and Finance – Final Year Entry.
