International Hardship Fund at University of Greenwich 2026

The International Hardship Fund is designed to support international and EU students at the University of Greenwich who are not receiving a maintenance loan and have encountered unexpected financial difficulties. The fund offers partial funding of GBP 1,000 to help cover unforeseen expenses during their studies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be EU or international fee-paying students.
• Full-time enrollment at the University of Greenwich is required.
• Applicants must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate courses like BA, BEd, BSc, LLB, BEng, MEng, MMath.
• Students must be enrolled in courses at one of the university's campuses or partner colleges.
• Proof of having less than £500 in all bank accounts combined is necessary.
• All tuition fees must be paid up to date.

To apply for the International Hardship Fund, students must submit an online application form to fab@gre.ac.uk.

Value of the Scholarship

The fund provides a maximum award of GBP 1,000 per academic year to help alleviate financial burdens caused by unexpected circumstances.
