Export Development Canada (EDC) International Business Scholarships 2025

The Export Development Canada (EDC) International Business Scholarships are designed to support Canadian nationals (citizens or permanent residents) who are enrolled in undergraduate programs in business and finance, operations and administration, or information technology. This scholarship provides partial funding of CAD 5,000 to each recipient.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited bachelor’s program at a Canadian university or college.
• Fields of study include Business and Finance, Operations and Administration, and Information Technology.
• Applicants must have a strong academic standing with a minimum 70% cumulative average.
• EDC employees and their dependents are not eligible.

Application Process

To apply for the EDC International Business Scholarships, candidates need to submit an online application along with the necessary documentation:

1. Personal statement or letter of intent (maximum 1000 words or a 3-5 minute video/voice clip).
2. Official transcripts from the most recent academic institution.
3. Updated resume.
4. A reference letter.
